France's Fraud Control cannot contact or investigate a company that is located abroad. Therefore, your report on SignalConso will have very little effect.

To help international authorities combat fraud, you can also:

• If the company is located within the EU, submit your report on europe-consommateurs.eu
• If the company is located outside the EU, submit your report on econsumer.gov
