Its purpose is to present our commitments to digital accessibility and to define the level of compliance of this website with the regulations and standards in force.
What is digital accessibility?
Digital accessibility consists of rules and best practices that cover functional, graphical, technical, and editorial aspects.
Following these rules and best practices ensures that digital media (websites, mobile applications, PDF documents, etc.) are accessible to people with disabilities.
An accessible website, for example, allows users to:
- Customize its display through the operating system and/or the browser (enlarging or reducing text, changing typography, modifying colors, turning off animations, etc.).
- Navigate using assistive technologies such as screen readers or braille displays.
- Navigate without using a mouse, using the keyboard only, switches, or a touch screen.
- Access videos and audio content with subtitles and/or transcriptions.
- Etc.

The Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery is committed to making its service accessible in accordance with article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.
Partial RGAA Compliance Declaration
This declaration applies to the site: « SignalConso ».
Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with the RGAA (General Repository for Improving Accessibility) - version 4.1.2 due to the non-conformities listed below.
Test Results
The compliance audit to RGAA version 4.1.2 conducted in June 2023 reveals that in the sample:
- The overall compliance rate is 98.4%. (Calculated by dividing the number of conforming criteria by the number of applicable criteria.)
- The average compliance rate is 99.8%. (Calculated by averaging the compliance rates of each page.)

In the 'Company' step of the reporting form, if no company is selected in the 'Select the company' section, clicking the 'Next' button should shift the focus to the first radio button in that section.
Also, when the 'Website' field is filled out, it should be focusable, impacting criterion 12.8.
